a、b巩膜水肿、深层巩膜外血管丛扩张，多发性角膜周围浸润，切除部位附近角膜轻度变薄；c-e虹膜上可见多发颗粒状沉积物，4周后沉积逐渐增多，部分从虹膜上剥离，漂浮于前房;f-g弥漫性巩膜炎治疗后巩膜水肿和深层巩膜外血管丛扩张减少，虹膜沉积物几乎消失。

A79-year-oldwomanunderwentprimarypterygiumexcisionandconjunctivalautografttransportationwithmitomycinCinherlefteye.8monthspostoperatively,diffuseanteriorandposteriorscleritiswasnoted，however,scleralnecrosiswasnotapparent.Multiplegranulardepositswereobservedonthesurfaceoftheiris.Thedeposits,aqueoushumor,andvitreouswereexamined.Sincetherewerenosignsofinfectionormalignancy,thepatientwasdiagnosedwithscleritiswithintraocularinflammationfollowingpterygiumsurgery.一位79岁的妇女左眼接受了翼状胬肉切除和丝裂霉素C自体结膜移植手术。术后8个月，出现弥漫性前后巩膜炎，但巩膜坏死并不明显。虹膜表面可见多发颗粒状沉积物。检查沉积物、房水和玻璃体未见有明显感染或恶性肿瘤的迹象，完善检查后确诊为巩膜炎和眼内炎。
